Robot Palletiser Prime Pellets
This robot palletiser was installed for Prime Pellets in Elmore, who immediately enjoyed the benefits of their robot and conveyor system in production.
The robot will take on the arduous task of stacking the dense and awkward feed supplement bags, making life so much easier for those at Prime Pellets.
To paraphrase the owners comments… “our production schedule suffered as no one wanted to stack pallets, we’d always put it off as much as we could. Now, it’s one of the easiest jobs in the factory.”
A slightly different layout, the customer wanting to save valuable floor space and build the pallet directly on the stretch wrapper.
Wanting to keep their work force turning up each day, a stretch wrapper stacking robot solution was sourced to handle the output of their production system.
Implementing a robot into production eliminates the numerous OHS risks associated with the task.
